The room was spacious, but there were chip crumbs in the rug.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was amazing and the staff was awesome.

Plus, it was only a few steps from some great dining options like White Castle and Harvest Room for when I needed a quick bite after my adventures.

One moment really stood out when we were late for breakfast and the staff brought out a backup toaster just for us, that was above and beyond!

It wasn't exactly cheap but I'll say that it was acceptable for what we got.

Check-in took an unusually long time due to computer issues. The lack of complimentary tea or coffee was disappointing, especially after a long drive. While the room was clean and the shower really good, the bed was not as comfortable as anticipated.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was really spacious and clean. The shower was the highlight for sure, super nice! But honestly, the bed looked great but wasn't comfy at all, a bummer after a long drive. I really missed having complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. That's a must for me when staying at a hotel.

The nearby fried fish from True BBQ & Whiskey Bar was a revelation, hitting that crispy spot! Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed was spacious enough for the fam, and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids-perfect for a quick splash after a long day.

The Hyatt Place features a brand new hotel that is clean and well-maintained. The room layout was spacious, great for two queen beds plus a pull-out couch. The shower was a highlight and felt luxurious, definitely earning a 10. The location was quite convenient for attending my event.
